Returns & Refunds

We comply with Australian Consumer Law. If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or not as described, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we’ll sort it out.

You can cancel for change of mind before we dispatch. A 15% restocking fee comes off the price of the items you cancel, and postage is refunded in full. Once an order has shipped we cannot cancel it, and we do not accept change-of-mind returns. Once a sealed item is opened, we can’t accept a return. this protects all our customers from receiving tampered products.

Refunds are processed within 5 business days of receiving the returned item.
