Every order at dropstore.com.au earns 3% back as store credit, ready for your next box. There's no code to remember and nothing to sign up for.
How it works
1. Place an order
You earn 3% of your order before shipping, rounded up to the next whole dollar, up to $30 per order.
2. Your credit lands when you pay
It goes to the email on your order, so you don't need an account to earn it. Your order confirmation shows how much it earned.
Pre-orders earn when you order, so you can spend the credit while you wait for the release.
3. Spend it on your next box
Sign in at checkout with the same email. In the payment step, tap Apply store credit, then pay anything left the usual way. It works on orders of $50 or more.

The details
- Each credit lasts 30 days from when it's issued, to the minute. Your order and shipping emails show the date, and we email you 7 days and 1 day before it expires.
- If you hold more than one credit, the one expiring first is used first.
- Your full available balance is applied at checkout, up to the order total. Anything left stays on your account until it expires.
- Credit can be used on orders of $50 or more.
- Store credit is earned and spent on orders at dropstore.com.au only. It doesn't apply to eBay orders.
- Credit can't be exchanged for cash or moved to another account.
- We may change or end store credit. Credit already issued stays usable until it expires. The full terms are in our Terms of Sale.
Questions
Do I need an account?
Not to earn it. Credit goes to the email on your order. To spend it, sign in at checkout with that email.
Do my past orders earn credit?
No. Store credit started on 7 November 2026, and only orders placed after that earn it.
Where can I see my balance?
Sign in on our site and open the store credit button at the bottom of the page. Your balance also shows at checkout once you're signed in.
Can I use it in a sale or with a code?
Yes. Store credit is a way to pay, so it works alongside sale prices and codes.
What happens if an order is refunded?
If any part of an order is refunded, the credit it earned comes off your balance. If you've already spent that credit and you cancel for change of mind, we take it off your refund along with the 15% restocking fee. Faulty, damaged or incorrect items are refunded in full, with no fee.
