SHIPPING POLICY
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.
Shipping Methods & Rates
• Standard Shipping (Australia Post): 3-7 business days — $8.95 flat rate
• Express Shipping (Australia Post): 1-3 business days — $14.95
• FREE standard shipping on orders over $150
We currently ship within Australia only.
Tracking
All orders include tracking. You'll receive an email with your tracking number once your order has shipped.
Delivery Times
Delivery times are estimates and begin from the date of shipment, not the date of order. Actual delivery times may vary depending on your location and Australia Post processing.
• Metro areas: 3-5 business days (standard) / 1-2 business days (express)
• Regional areas: 5-7 business days (standard) / 2-3 business days (express)
• Remote areas: 7-10 business days (standard) / 3-5 business days (express)
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package hasn't arrived within 7 days of the expected delivery date, contact us at contact@dropstore.com.au. We'll lodge an investigation with Australia Post and work to resolve the issue promptly.
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours at contact@dropstore.com.au with your order number and photos of the damage. We'll arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Re-shipping costs may apply.
