Pokemon TCG pre-order FAQs

How do Pokemon TCG pre-orders work at Drop Store?

You pay when you order to lock in your pre-order. We dispatch with tracked Australian shipping once the product is released and stock arrives at our Melbourne warehouse.

When will my pre-order ship?

Pre-orders ship on or shortly after the official release date, once stock arrives. You will receive tracking when your order is dispatched.

What happens if I order in-stock items with a pre-order?

Mixed orders usually ship together once the pre-order stock arrives. If you need an in-stock item earlier, place a separate order or contact us before ordering.

What happens if a pre-order is delayed?

If the supplier or manufacturer delays a release, we hold your order and keep you updated. If an item is cancelled, you are refunded in full.

Can I get alerts for future Pokemon TCG pre-orders?

Yes. Join Drop Alerts to get notified about new Pokemon TCG pre-orders, restocks and low-stock products.
