When will my preorder ship? +
Preorders ship as soon as the set is released and stock lands with us — the release window is shown on each product page. We'll email you with tracking the moment yours goes out.
How much is shipping, and when is it free? +
Standard tracked shipping is a flat rate within Australia, and it's free on orders over $99. Full rates are on our shipping page.
Can I change or cancel my order? +
If it hasn't shipped yet, email us with your order number and we'll do our best. Once it's packed and tracked, we can't pull it back.
Do you ship outside Australia? +
We ship within Australia only for now. Everything dispatches from Melbourne with tracking.
