RETURNS & REFUNDS

Australian Consumer Law

Under Australian Consumer Law, you're entitled to a replacement or refund if a product:

• Has a major fault
• Is not as described
• Is significantly different from the sample or description
• Doesn't do what it's supposed to do

We fully comply with these requirements. 

No Change-of-Mind Returns

Due to the nature of sealed collectibles and TCG products, we do not accept returns for change of mind. All sales are final unless the item is faulty or not as described.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours at contact@dropstore.com.au with:

• Your order number
• Photos of the issue

We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed within 3-5 business days and returned to your original payment method.
