How often will you email me? +
Only when something happens: a preorder opens, stock comes back, or an item runs low. In a quiet fortnight you won't hear from us at all.
When do preorders ship? +
Preorders ship from Melbourne as soon as stock lands with us. If your order mixes preorder and in-stock items, it usually ships together once everything arrives. Email us if you'd like the in-stock part sooner.
Is this just for Pokémon TCG? +
That's the focus for now. One Piece TCG stock is on the site too, and you can browse it any time.
How do I unsubscribe? +
There's a one-click link at the bottom of every alert. We don't use your email for anything else.
