Orders & Payment
Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay.
Q: Can I change or cancel my order?
A: If your order hasn't shipped yet, contact us ASAP at contact@dropstore.com.au and we'll do our best to accommodate. Once shipped, orders cannot be modified or cancelled.
Q: Do you offer pickup?
A: We're currently online-only and do not offer local pickup.
Shipping
Q: How much does shipping cost?
A: Standard shipping is $8.95 flat rate Australia-wide. Express shipping is $14.95. Orders over $99 qualify for FREE standard shipping.
Q: How long does delivery take?
A: Standard shipping takes 3-7 business days. Express shipping takes 1-3 business days. Delivery times may vary for remote areas.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: We currently only ship within Australia.
Q: Will I receive tracking?
A: Yes, all orders include tracking. You'll receive an email with your tracking number once your order ships.
Products & Authenticity
Q: Are your products authentic?
A: Absolutely. Every product we sell is 100% genuine, brand new and factory sealed. We never sell grey market imports, resealed products or counterfeits.
Q: Are your TCG products sealed?
A: Yes, all our trading card products are factory sealed unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Q: Do you sell singles or opened packs?
A: No, we only sell sealed products.
Preorders
Q: How do preorders work?
A: Preorders reserve your item before the official release date. You pay in full at checkout, and we ship your order as soon as we receive stock.
Q: Can preorder dates change?
A: Yes, release dates are set by the manufacturer and can sometimes change. If a release date moves, we'll notify you via email.
Q: Can I cancel a preorder?
A: No, preorders cannot be cancelled or returned. All preorder sales are final. Please be certain before placing a preorder.
Returns & Refunds
Q: What's your return policy?
A: Due to the nature of sealed collectibles and TCG products, we do not accept returns for change of mind. However, under Australian Consumer Law, you're entitled to a refund or replacement if a product is faulty, not as described, or significantly different from what was advertised.
Q: My item arrived damaged — what do I do?
A: Contact us within 48 hours at contact@dropstore.com.au with your order number and photos of the damage. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund.
Q: How long do refunds take?
A: Approved refunds are processed within 3-5 business days and returned to your original payment method.
