30th Celebration is the anniversary expansion for 30 years of the Pokemon TCG, headlined by Mewtwo ex and Mew ex alongside Umbreon ex, Salamence ex and Greninja ex. It mixes new illustration rares with Classic Collection reprints of cards from earlier sets, and every booster pack includes one of 30 Pikachu rare cards, each with different artwork.

The Tech Sticker Collection is the small one in the range. Three of those boosters, a foil promo card and a matching sheet of tech stickers. It was made in two versions, one per promo. Alolan Exeggutor represents Pokemon Day Out and Lucario represents Pokemon Night Out. Both versions hold the same contents and only the featured Pokemon differs.

The Alolan Exeggutor sticker sheet puts it alongside Pikachu and Mew. The Lucario sheet puts it alongside Pikachu and Mewtwo.
