All orders include tracking and are packed with collector-grade care. You can cancel for change of mind before we dispatch. A 15% restocking fee comes off the price of the items you cancel, and postage is refunded in full. Once an order has shipped we cannot cancel it, and we do not accept change-of-mind returns. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law are not affected: if an item arrives faulty, damaged or not as described, email contact@dropstore.com.au within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the damage, and we will arrange a replacement or full refund.

Pre-order terms. You can cancel a pre-order for change of mind before we dispatch it, with the same 15% restocking fee. If we cannot supply your item, you are refunded in full and we charge no fee. The same applies if the release date moves more than 60 days past the date shown when you ordered. Release dates are estimates provided by the manufacturer and may shift. If a release date changes, we'll update you by email. Your card will be charged at the time of purchase to secure your order. Full terms are in our Terms of Sale.

A preorder is a confirmed order, not a waitlist. We commit stock on your behalf before release, and you pay in full at checkout, which locks in your price. We dispatch 2 to 5 business days after release. If we can't supply your item, you're refunded in full.

We dispatch 2 to 5 business days after the release date, once stock reaches our Melbourne warehouse. That means release day itself isn't a dispatch day. You'll get a tracking email as soon as your parcel goes out.

Yes, any time before we dispatch it. Email contact@dropstore.com.au with your order number. A 15% restocking fee applies, the same as on any order, and your postage is refunded in full. Yes. Email contact@dropstore.com.au with your order number and we'll split the shipment. The second parcel needs its own postage, so we'll invoice you for it. Otherwise the whole order goes out together once every item has arrived.
