All orders include tracking and are packed with collector-grade care. You can cancel for change of mind before we dispatch. A 15% restocking fee comes off the price of the items you cancel, and postage is refunded in full. Once an order has shipped we cannot cancel it, and we do not accept change-of-mind returns. A mixed pre-order and in-stock order ships together once every item is available. The exception is an in-stock item we keep at another location, which is posted on its own, without waiting, at no extra cost. Ask us to split it and we'll invoice the second parcel's postage. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law are not affected: if an item arrives faulty, damaged or not as described, email contact@dropstore.com.au within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the damage, and we will arrange a replacement or full refund.

Condition: Minor Defect

Please read before you buy. This Elite Trainer Box has minor damage to the outer box. Each box has some of the following: small dents in the panels, creases in the cardboard (at a corner, or a crease line running down a side) and bumped or slightly crushed corners. The shrink wrap can have slight rips or wrinkles, usually where the box is damaged, but it is still on and the box is still sealed. It is not in perfect box condition, so take this into account if you are buying it to keep sealed or as a collector piece.

The photos after the first three are real examples of what we consider minor damage. Every box is a little different, so yours won't match them exactly.

The damage is to the box only. It is still factory sealed, and the nine booster packs, the Nidorina promo and the accessories are all inside.

Because this damage is described before you buy, it isn't treated as an item arriving damaged. Damage beyond what's described and shown here, or a problem with anything inside the box, is covered by our Shipping & Returns terms as normal.
